Since after the reform and reorganization, SINOTRUK insist independent innovation, vigorously implement technology-leading strategy and build core competitiveness with independent proprietary intellectual property rights, thus became the most patents owned enterprise in China's auto industry. SINOTRUK technology development center, among China's first group of national corporate technical center, has a testing laboratory, which is accredited by Chinese National Accreditation Board, is qualified to develop and test vehicle, engine, parts material processes, owns sophisticated processing and testing equipment, and has been up to advanced world standards in terms of equipment such as engine, vehicle, parts vibration and strength test equipment. In 2009, upon approval by the State, the National Heavy-duty Truck Engineering Research Center was inaugurated in SINOTRUK, which undertakes functions such as technical R & D, application demonstration, achievement popularization and technical service in China's heavy-duty truck industry. In 2009, with approval by the state, the National Heavy Duty Automobile Engineering Research Center was inaugurated in SINOTRUK, it undertakes functions such as technology R&D, application demonstration, achievement generalization, technical service of China Heavy Duty Truck industry. On August 16, 2015, China National Heavy Duty Truck Technology Building was officially opened, it is the core building of China National Heavy Duty Truck Technology Center Park, one of the tallest buildings in Jinan City, it is a symbol of the vigorous development of China's heavy truck cause, marking the development of China National Heavy Duty Truck get into a new stage.
We primarily organize the development, manufacturing and sale of trucks, special trucks, buses, special vehicles, engines and engine units, auto parts and special chassis. We have vehicle enterprises, engine enterprises, axle enterprise, as well as transmission enterprises. We have become an all-series commercial vehicle conglomerate with brands such as Sitrak, Howo, Steyr, Huanghe Commander, Gold Prince, Hohan, Wangpai, Folor, Wero, as well as an enterprise with the most complete range of drive types and powers in China’s heavy truck industry. Our important assemblies, including domestic advanced D10, D12 diesel engine, T10 T12 gas engine, the international advanced level of MC05, MC07, MC11, MC13 Euro II to Euro V engines, HP range from 140HP to 560HP; world-class single-stage serialized reduction axle, wheel edge reduction axle, and inch 16.5-22.5 disc brake, serialized single-counter-shaft synchronizer-mounted transmission, twin-counter-shaft transmission, and AMT transmission assembly with 5,6,7,8,10,12 and 16 grades, have formed a golden power industry chain consisting of world advanced engines, pull type clutches, transmissions(gear box) and drive axles. Meanwhile, SINOTRUK has 3 automatic body stamping lines, 8 cab welding lines, 12 cab painting lines and 9 vehicle assembly lines, whose equipment have been up to advanced international standards.
Our History
With overwhelming superiorities in technology and market in heavy duty truck industry, SINOTRUK has achieved remarkable sales both domestic and abroad, our products have been exported to more than 90 countries world wide, thus being accredited as a national vehicle export base by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce.
