The on-board section of the flatbed semi-trailer is completely open without any fence. This type of trailer is extensively utilized for medium to long haul freight transportation.

The series semi-trailer features a beam-through structure for its frame, with the longitudinal beam available in either a straight type or a gooseneck type. The web height ranges from 400mm to 550mm, and the longitudinal beam undergoes automatic submerged arc welding for a secure connection. To enhance its durability, the frame undergoes shot peening treatment. Additionally, the cross beam penetrates the longitudinal beam and is welded together to ensure structural integrity.

The suspension support system comprises of a series of dry plate springs arranged in tandem, designed to offer reliable load-bearing capacity and expertly cushion impact shocks.
